A henge day in the archives, the sun shone through the window at the top of the basement steps, down upon the synod room door. It does that briefly, in the middle of the day, twice a year, for a few days each in spring and autumn. I think is a sign for archivists (the cultists of archivism) to practice their secret rites. New light fittings were installed upstairs in the east corridor of the Hewitson Wing. The fluorescent lights give a different feel to the corridor.

Visited Mannequins in North East Valley today. Three of us got together to coordinate for the Good Friday procession. It was a pleasant place to sit, watch North Road amble pass, enjoy a drink and discuss. The music was acceptable, just a little too loud.
